I had a less than great experience at a Best Cleaners location and switched to the Loudonville location. The Loudonville location is fantastic! I have used them for both dry cleaning and tailoring. Fast (items were ready before the promised time), courteous, and good results. I highly recommend the Loudonville location.
The ladies of the Latham store are ALWAYS very accommodating. My orders are generally serviced prior to the projected "ready date," and they have, as of lately, had my uniforms at the counter by the time I walk in the door from my car. Kuddos Girls! Thanks for the great service!

Great service and Bea is a treasure
They not only provided promptly the item I dropped off two days ago but also sewed a button onto a dress shirt I had received at Christmas time. Both Simona the tailor and John the Saturday manager were especially helpful.
Friendly, excellent service from Carmela. Dry cleaning and laundry service are first rate.
Not enough coupons.
Been a customer in Glenville for years because of Bea, the tailor. In addition, the front-of-house staff has consistently given us good, friendly service, even through several turnovers. When the company converted to the CO2 process, I was even more happy to do business there.
The dry cleaning was good, but I still can’t believe the price. I thought it might be a mistake until I looked at the prices online
