Affordable, reliable, quick
My first dry cleaning experience ever went smooth and effortlessly! I used the location in Loudonville and the receptionist was warm and welcoming. I utilized both dry clean and launder. Both we're done within a day and done beautifully. Look forward to my next visit.

My experience was great
Well...the pick up on Tuesday was excellent. Kyle is always prompt and professional when he arrives. He did inform me that he would be off on Friday but assured me that I would receive my garments on Friday. I emailed on Friday and left a v/m to confirm delivery before the end of the day. Unfortunately, I did not get a response until after 5:00 but I was greeted with apologies and made arrangements to get my items. I was a little nervous, but it worked out well and I am very happy! Everyone was very nice and my clothes were perfect.
Had two pairs of pants cleaned and two shirts. Pants great. Shirts very good but I asked for "heavy starch" and they came back light to medium starch. Otherwise, all was fine.
I used Best Cleaners years ago but for some reason went to another firm. I am glad to come back to Best. Carmella at the Loudonville. Store was great and the service the same. I will continue to use Best Cleaners in the future.
