Used the Latham location for my wedding dress cleaning/preservation. Everyone I dealt with was friendly, the dress was done in a little over a month (they had estimated two months), great price, and the box the dress is in has a lovely little window. Plus, the dress has a lifetime guarantee as long as it stays in the box. I am satisfied!
