I have been working with Cindy in Charlotte, Michigan with my daughter's wedding dress. Cindy has been so wonderful to partner with in getting the dress cleaned and boxed to be stored. I was not 100% satisfied with how it came out the first time. I usually do not complain or ask for anything to be re-done but I felt like I needed to in this case. Cindy listened to me and my concerns and sent back. I picked it up today and was so happy. Love doing business at this Charlotte location

Was told my clothes would be back after 5:00 pm on 2/21/23 at the Charlotte branch. Got there after 5:00 and my clothes weren’t there. Told me to check back on 2/22/23. I should get a email if they get my clothes back at the Charlotte branch, and if I don’t get a email by 3:30 pm on 2/22/23, I should call and answer why.
