Amanda did an excellent job explaining the process and promotions. I'm new to the area and had an amazing dry cleaners back home so the bar is set high but because of the customer service I received I will continue to use Baryames in Charlotte.

I've been doing business with Baryames Cleaners for 30 years. Your business takes pride in their dry cleaning, and I am happy with the finished dry cleaning of my clothes and blankets. Everything always looks very nice. Thank you for making my clothes look well taken care of.

Was told my clothes would be back after 5:00 pm on 2/21/23 at the Charlotte branch. Got there after 5:00 and my clothes weren’t there. Told me to check back on 2/22/23. I should get a email if they get my clothes back at the Charlotte branch, and if I don’t get a email by 3:30 pm on 2/22/23, I should call and answer why.

Two of my coats were damaged with removal of parts and other parts missing. I am still awaiting resolution.
