Two of my coats were damaged with removal of parts and other parts missing. I am still awaiting resolution.

My chef coats were ruined,dingy,and creases were un even and not sharp at all.charged me for starch. Never seen my coats look so bad

Was impressed in the result from my coat i had cleaned. One was covered with oil. Few others were difficult came out in reason. The service is professuonal from staffing. The time for items to be cleaned is fast.

While the service was friendly and prices reasonable, I'm hoping they correct a situation that happened. I sent 2 shirts, a coat and pants for cleaning... I received notification everything was done and picked up, only to realize my pair of $200.00 tailored pants weren't there later in the day. I attended an event, as a result, in old and ill fitting pants..... I hope they can make this right, and we will find out soon.
