You do a great job except for the collars are never creased correctly and I have to re iron collar

Been in Law enforcement for 21 years have used dry cleaning for my uniforms for the last 15-16 years. Previous dry cleaner I went to for at least 12 years, same workers over and over again, I knew their names but they never knew mine. Been to Baryames in Dewitt 3 times and Tiffany already knows my name and greets me with it when I walk in. So very friendly and they do a great job with my uniforms. I will continue to use them until I retire. Tiffany is amazing with her customer service. Will recommend them to everyone.

I love that the staff knows me and always asks where I’ve been and how I’m doing if I miss my regular drop off pattern! Great customer service keeps me coming back. The new shirt cleaning equipment seems a little harder on the wear and tear on my shirts though. Is there any chance of a frequency or reward program to discount the cost? Don’t get me wrong - coupons and deals are great.

I go to Baryames regularly. My clothes are always cleaned perfectly and are on time if not early. Staff are knowledgeable and professional and work hard to make sure everything is correct. One of my favorite things about the Dewitt location is drive through service—-awesome when I’m on my way home from work!!!

I came in through the drive-through today and did have a short wait but the person explained to me when she came to the window that she was in the middle of doing a wedding dress cleaning and tree and that it takes a bit longer Knowing why there was a delay made me feel like she cared about my time
