Very convenient...close to home!
I brought in an old hunting suit and the suspenders got broken when they were taken off the suit . I get it things happen but I was expecting a coupon or discount . The cleaning bill was 48$ DeWitt Mi .
Slacks cleaned and pressed well. Returned in the promised time frame.
Too expensive to charge for a string-tie as a full piece

Overcharged
Dropped off a pair of pants for cleaning and also asked if it was possible to stretch. They said no problem so I thought all would be good. The pants were torn in two spots so they were sent to the general manager for review. Got the pants back a second time with only one bad repair job and the second tear untouched along with a $9.95 charge for unfinished repairs. They gave me a $7.00 refund for the original bill. Pants are ruined and I have no desire to use their services again.
Didn't give me an estimated when I dropped it off, but said a coat deal was coming up. Charged me $39 for 1 coat, a knit pull over that didn't look like it had been cleaned & 1 sweater. I'm very disappointed. I won't b back.
I told the lady I had a small stain on the front of my dress hoping she'd make a note of it. When my husband picked it up he paid over $20 on it and the dress came back looking exactly the same as it did when I dropped it off. When I returned the dress I said, "I know I don't take a lot of items to the dry cleaner, but at least if a stain couldn't be removed there would be some kind of a note telling me this.
