The Haslett Baryames store could not find one of my shirts (1 of 6) on my most recent service order. We’re you able to eventually find it? Ask the Baryames person at the Haslett store. Thanks, Frank

I have not picked up my dry cleaning yet because I am shocked at the price. $50 for a blanket and 2 pillow cases? Holy cow that is ridiculous and that is WITH a coupon?!?!?! I paid $70 for the blanket and now $50 to have it cleaned? Pretty sure I won’t use Barysmes again. Wow. Way too expensive!

The gentleman who waited on me was not knowledgeable and a little disorganized. I really believe I was overcharged. Some of my daughters order was on my sons order. My sons order was split between 2 orders even though his order was brought in at the same time. There were 6 tickets and I had 3 separate transactions. My order was more expensive than what was originally told. I really would appreciate someone looking into this. Thank you Libby Bennett Fletcher

Left a wedding dress to be cleaned and had it boxed. Checked the dress inside the box afterwards, and we found (1) the dress was still dirty and not fully cleaned and (2) the crystal belt sewn onto the dress had been ripped off. We are going back to the store in the morning to find out if it's sitting in a lost-and-found somewhere; otherwise, this is completely unacceptable.

For the first time in years I used you again while in town. So that you know, I stopped years ago because I received a phone message regarding a shirt I'd forgotten about and left for a couple months. Decent managers would have said something like, "This is a friendly reminder that you still have a shirt with us." Instead the message said, "This message is for our honest customers...." Bad thinking.

II brought in a pair of pants on Wednesday for the Wednesday pants special. I was charged $7.89. The answer I was given when I asked the clerked was the stain I requested to be removed was difficult to remove. That is crap! There is nothing that about additional charges. This is bad business and I will take my business else where.

The person that was at the counter when I was picking up was very rude. She told me the total which was much higher than I had figured and very snotty asked when I dropped off my things. She was not willing to work with the total and I ended up paying $30 more than I should have, so I will not be returning to any baryamas location in the future.

I was told that if I brought in six shirts that one would be free. To be safe I brought in 8 shirts to be laundered and pressed. Returning home I saw that I did not get a free shirt, but got charged for all 8 shirts.
