My personal experience with West Blvd. Cleaners has always been excellent - the quality of their cleaning and pressing is always consistent as well as taking care of any alterations I have requested. For me, having pick-up and delivery two days a week is very convenient and I am pleased with the consistency of same time wise. From the moment they mixed up my phone number, to the delightful customer service (including getting hung up on when I called to sort out their mistake), every step was a masterclass in customer relations. Got a tough stain out. Super pleasant people.
3 pieces with food stains. All 3 returned with "spots." Charged full price of 50 plus dollars. Very disappointing.
