I was concerned about 2 expensive sweaters but they came perfect . No smell and look awesome !

On 2 occasions laundry service was delivered and left outside (we were away). We called in advance to let them know to please pause the service and the message clearly was not delivered. TWICE. Clothes sat outside on porch through heat, rain, humidity and bugs. Defeating the purpose of laundering the clothes. I called to speak to someone and she did nothing but talk over me and did not listen.
I have not been able to apply the advertised discounts.
We’ve been clients for many years. Pick up/delivery service has been great; however, for the past few services, button down shirts have not been properly cleaned in the collar. They have been washed again at no charge but it keeps happening. Considering switching cleaners.

Expensive.. when they pickup you have to have a laundry bag, they charge you 3.50 to clean your bag... scam oloa
Overall good. My issue is that my shirt collars are never done right. They are wavy and not ironed properly. If you could fix that I would really appreciate it
