Inconsistent - napkins and placemats were dropped to be pressed only (not laundered). Some were pressed with creases, some were laundered (shrunk them), some were pressed with starch while others were not, a few were fine. Charged $2.50 per piece and 80% need to be redone. Waste of money and time. Been a customer for 5+ years but no longer.
My trousers still come back ironed flat front instead of creased down the middle despite numerous requests and it would be nice if the pick up service also collected the hangers I leave out to recycle/re-use. I’d leave the hangars in the bag but then my shirts come back with rips in them from somebody being overly aggressive in removing the hangars. Happened and least 3 times.
I got only two of four shirts back yesterday. Still waiting to receive other two.. was told they would be delivered by close of business yesterday. It is 5pm now and no shirts!
