Fred Walden worked at the store on Porter off and on from 1959 to 1968. In 1968 he took a job in Texas until spring of 1969. In May of 1969 Fred Walden met his wife Carolyn Walden at Sonic on Lindsey Street. They were married in December and for the first few months Carolyn worked at another job but it wasn't long before she came to work at Waldens Cleaners. Fantastic! My dress shirts are always pressed and starched exactly as I want them. Large, bulky king sized comforters look great after Walden Cleaners washes them. The staff is always pleasant. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Took in a pair of white pants that had an extensive red wine stain. My wife thought the pants were ruined, but Waldens got the stain out and returned the slacks several days earlier than promised. I have been a customer for several decades and never bern disappointed by their friendly service.
