In November 2002, David and Sherry Whitehurst opened the first location of Champion Cleaners on Rocky Ridge Road in Vestavia Hills, Alabama. Since then they have grown to three additional locations including Greystone on Highway 280, Calera and Crestline in Mountain Brook. In 2017, David & Sherry’s son, Mark, joined the business and assumed responsibilities as General Manager of Champion Cleaners.

Utopia is a great laundry. Of course that means they are very professional in their work BUT, added to that are friendly folks, who remember your name and each visit is like dropping in on a friend. 5 star for sure…. Alan Martin

Excellent - dropped off my tux shirt day before my Galg - ready next day - received a Morning text informing me it was ready!!! Beautifully laundered - not too stiff not to soft - just perfect! Thank You Utopia!!
