I turned in my coat to be dry cleaned at the Mountain Brooke location and when it was time for pick up my coat was ruined inside. I took my coat back and I was told that my coat would be fixed with alterations done. I came back a couple of weeks later to check in on the progress and I was informed that my coat was lost by the alterations company that it was sent to. I use dry cleaning 2 or 3 times a year. I’ve used Utopia for years and it’s been great. But the last two times my suit has come back with a strong chemical smell. I thought it was a one off thing in February, but it smelled the same way when I picked up this time. The suit is unwearable because the smell is so strong. I took to a different cleaners and they said it is not supposed to smell like that.
