In November 2002, David and Sherry Whitehurst opened the first location of Champion Cleaners on Rocky Ridge Road in Vestavia Hills, Alabama. Since then they have grown to three additional locations including Greystone on Highway 280, Calera and Crestline in Mountain Brook. In 2017, David & Sherry’s son, Mark, joined the business and assumed responsibilities as General Manager of Champion Cleaners.

I turned in my coat to be dry cleaned at the Mountain Brooke location and when it was time for pick up my coat was ruined inside. I took my coat back and I was told that my coat would be fixed with alterations done. I came back a couple of weeks later to check in on the progress and I was informed that my coat was lost by the alterations company that it was sent to.
