Pleasant experience with TO! Everyone is very professional; exceptional service and yes pricing is on the up-side however the quality of the garments are preserved and I am confident my clothes will be returned. Bad experience with MW Cleaners/Tide Cleaners losing my garment which is what prompted me to try TO. Very pleased. Will return!

I asked them to clean a bathroom rug that I couldn't put in my dryer at home and a couple of other cleaners turned it down. I just moved in the area and was going to some nearby cleaners. Well, fortunately, Twin Oaks Cleaners took the rug and it came back just lovely. I also have to add that the people up front are very friendly and they have a very nice store front as well. They even have some free magazines to take home with you! I really don't dryclean a lot of clothes, but when I do I will be sure to come back here.
