This was my first time to bring n items. The employee was so informative and was very professional. I brought in three of my teenagers suits, one of them is over 50 years old and was my father's. The employee informed me that closet bugs love the old wool suits and pointed out a couple spots that may tear or shred a little after it's cleaned. She even gave me a $10 off coupon I was very pleased and satisfied.
