The staff at the Rosedale/Allen store are exceptional! It is nice to be greeted with a smile when entering the store. Since the second time I started doing with this location, I've been greeted by name and with exceptional customer service. Sure I can get cleaning done for less, but not with the service I receive from this location.
Fantastic service clothes in and out. Easily updated personal information. Loved the email letting me know clothes done earlier than quoted. I was in the neighborhood and it saved me a trip.
