We have been using your cleaning business for years. We are generally satisfied. However, the last several months I have had to re-press my dress shirt sleeves before I wear them. There is a horizontal crease on both sleeves near the top. I have asked and was told it’s because of a new machine that presses the shirt. Why pay someone to clean and press my shirts if I have to press them again before I wear them? She told me I could pay more for a person to do it. NOT!
Needed my suit pressed, great job and on time!!!
