Moved from the Marketplace store to White Lane store a few months back due to new staff that was very unprofessional and lacked basic customer service skills. Real let down from previous staff. The employees at White Lane store are competent and caring. Very professional group. Ashley, assistant manager took the time to smile, got to know me and now greets us each time.
