Very expensive for a hundred and forty four dollars I can do it myself, they lost my business
My comforter didnt smell clean. Smelled dirty. My detergent wouldve made it mess better!

The dry cleaning work was good, no complaints on that. However, the location I walked into has the price list posted far from customer view, additionally the actual detailed price list is of even displayed. It'd be much appreciated if the detailed price list were on the counter not behind the counter in small print. I was not happy with the price difference quoted for one item, there's no need for there to be that much mystery in my dry cleaning bill.
When i picked up i got my suit just how i had left it DIRTY. One of the workers had to get it back from me because i pointed out all the different dirt marks not to mention she took it to the back and in a min or two she wiped it down giving it to me damp i am fighting a bad cold so i didnt want to sit there and argue!!!Bad service!
They told me they would send a text when my order was ready. I went in from the reminder of my wife. I said you guys forgot to text me. They said we did. I went through all text messages proving they didn't and the response without saying anything was oh well. I will not return to this location
To expensive
Please stop breaking/crushing buttons on dress shirts. I would not mind if they were at minimum replaced with like color buttons but I have repeatedly received my shirts back with multiple ones with broken buttons needing replacement. I will notice this when I am about to wear short and have to put to the side and fix button myself.
Your receptionist is really rude no smiles and no thank you I also called to see if my shirt would be ready adnwho ever answer was again really rude and hung up before I finished my question
