Your prices are getting too expensive compared to your competitors.
My dress shirts have been coming back with large sections of improperly pressed areas. The points of the collars are sometimes pressed backwards. I’m am very displeased and will not be returning.
WAY overpriced!!!!
First time using their service, I was quoted one price at dropping off, then when picking up it was considerably more expensive. When I asked the young woman helping me why it was so expensive, she was very matter of a fact & stated, it is what it is.. A slimple sorry you were quoted a wrong price would have been nice... She was very smug... I won't use service again...
I spent $90 and non og my shirts were creased! The service has gone down.
One time I had heavy starch on my jeans when I put them on they where wet in the seat of the pants on my suit cooler all ways ask them to.prest my colers down they never do seem like the price changes ever time.
I gave your counter person specific directions about texting and not to send me any texts , she failed to follow those instructions. The prices are a bit high for the services provided.
On time servic. Pleasant peolple. Look after me giving a better price.
