We always get good service and a pleasant staff. Everything is very convenient and the email/text notification when your items are ready is awesome. My only issue is that I've been noticing some buttons on my husband's dress shirts have been cracking through out the years we've decided to have them laundered and pressed regardless of how old, cheap, or expensive they are, we'll occasionally get a cracked button. Still, the time and effort saved is worth this service.
