I’ve never once asked for my clothes to be creased, in fact there’s a note on my account stating I want my them ironed flat.i brought in 4 pairs or pants and 8 shirts 6 sweaters all were creased.
You have a good consistent service and the occasional repair on buttons is greatly appreciated..
