The service was great, the employees were friendly and helpful and listened to my request. I was surprised and pleased with how fast my item was ready. The only thing that was disappointing was that the pet stain I warned about didn’t come out and I wasn’t warned that they couldn’t get it out when I picked it up - which made me think maybe they missed it. So when I went back to double check, the employee could only quote company policy that “not all stains are guaranteed to be removable”. I get it and that’s ok and understan... read more
