On the day I was to pick up my items, there was an equipment failure, a circumstance beyond any one’s control.. Your employee Erica went “above and beyond” to try and get my item delivered to me, even attempting home delivery! She was always respectful and courteous, and she only looked for ways to meet my needs in spite of the mechanical problems. What excellent customer service!
