Drive up is very convenient. Person receiving clothes was friendly and wrote down and repeated my special requests. He gave me a pickup time for the following day. The next day I received a text stating my order was ready for pickup, 5 hrs. ~ earlier. This saved an extra trip into town. At pickup, my clothes were done as requested and, to my surprise, decline a check and charged a credit card. The pickup person was very efficient and personable. Very good experience.
