Brought Jacket in for a zipper replacement. Work was done on time, and also very nicely sewn... zipper was of good quality.....better than the original!
Every time I visit, I get a real nice greeting from everyone. You can even do some small talk and not feel like you are putting anyone out. Every once and a while there is a slight snafu with my cleaning - usually the button of one shirt that gets loosened during the process, but it is addressed and taken care of immediately, which is all a person can ask. The hours are great. I get home late and appreciate the store being open til 7. The Sunday hours are also convenient. In two words: Good job!
