My experience at Tirpok was great. My garment was finished early and the tailor did a fantastic job. I will definitely come back!
I am sorry this has taken so long to answer, we've been sick!!!! We think youall are Great! The woman at the register was so nice and welcoming (in this age of no one cares, she is a great reflection of your store when you come in). The ladies in the tailoring room were extremely nice and helpful!!! They told me they would 'try' to fix my crushed zipper pull (probably $10.00), or if they had to change the zipper it would be around $30.00 or so --- since I received the jacket for free, I didn't mind the extra cost. Counter service was quick and accurate. They were accommodating with the time to do the job. I gave them a suit that always comes back from another local cleaners usually looking half done. Tirpok returned it to me spotless. They were even open in the late afternoon on New Year's. Great job!
