Staff was very pleasant and friendly.
i had a few spots on my sweater that i identified when i dropped it off (they were on the inside of the lower sleeves, its because that is the cuff of the sleeve when i roll back the ends) - the spots were still there when i got my sweater back, so i was a little disappointed, especially at ~$22. would it be possible to get a price list? i like my bed sheets to be pressed, but Tiffany's does have sticker-shock for most items, so i really only get the essentials done there. I dropped my husbands Pendleton off to be cleaned and have a button sewed back on. It was my first time in there and the gal behind the counter was very polite and helpful.i will definitely be coming back for future dry cleaning.

The best service I have ever used. I love the pick-up and drop off. The communication is fantastic.....love the heads up or reminders each week. Great service, thank you.
Always a 5, however; I sent in a dress on the 9th thinking I would receive it back on the 12th (to wear to a wedding on the 14th). The dress was not returned on the 12th and luckily I had another dress to wear. My fault for not putting a note in the bag or calling to make sure that the dress would be returned on the 12th.
Clay is always so helpful and accommodating!!! He is awesome!!!
