Clothes are always done nicely, and when cash or objects (even money) are found in pockets, they are returned in a nice envelope which is very nice touch.

The clothes always look brand new!
The experience with any member of your team (Jazmin, Hope, etc) is always good. The only issues I have is with the cleaving of any "virgin silk" item (e.g., Tommy Bahama shirts). The result of your cleaning these shirts produces a "washed out" appearance and an "hot iron" sheen on the edges around the collar, sleeves, etc. The overall effect is that they look old - especially the darker colors like blue, black, etc. There has got to be a way to dry clean them such that this effect does not happen again, or I WILL NEED TO T... read more
