Joanne is the best and one of the primary reasons that I use Tiffany. Granted, your product is excellent and I've appreciated the overall quality of service, etc. But, like many things, there are competitors on many corners and Joanne adds the element of customer service that's important to me.

This place was wonderful. My past cleaners left stains on our shirts. This place explained to me how the cheaper dry cleaners do not change their solution often. That is how my clothes keep becoming stained. They were able to fix stains on shirts and also fixed some of the sewing that was needed on our garnets. I will definitely be back. Worth every penny!
