ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!!! Everything was perfect!! We just picked up our sheets and Duvet cover, and BEAUTIFUL AS ALWAYS!!! You guys do the best job on everything!!!
Angelica at the Maryland location was very helpful in explaining the different processes between cleaning and preserving faux fur and real fur coats. A very knowledgeable young lady. Helped us a lot.

The customer service is very good, the knowledge and advice of the person that attends customers at my location is excellent. I do think that the prices are outrageous compared to other high end dry cleaners. I understand that for certain services, such as specific whitening or special treatments there are extra costs, this is why I will only bring things to your establishment for specific items that need special attention periodically.
