I had alterations done, they did a great job, however, I was not contacted when my order was completed. I did not receive a call or an email. Good service. I had dry cleaning & wash & fold to be done. Happy with both. The smiling, easy to deal with customer service individuals on drop off (male) & pick up (female) was nice. These days I just dont see the smiling, pleasant & competent younger generation in customer service positions actually DOING customer service & as a result I will use again.
