Great first experience and customer service when I dropped off and picked up my items . Employees took extra time to set me up with a Tide laundry bag and get me situated with after hours service. Will now continue to do my service with Tide.
I appreciate the fast turn around time, as my 3 uniforms were returned to me the same day. However, there was still quite a bit of lint on all the uniform items. Also, it seems as though the plastic bag the uniform items are covered in when completed is to narrow; the uniform shirt was slightly wrinkled and creased in places I was not expecting. Thank you
