First all the employees seem very polite and attentive they give great cistomer service. My dress shirt was great but I paid $14 for two pants to be heavy starched and they did not get starched. I felt I was charged for services not rendered. This was my first experiance and I am looking for a go to dry cleaning place but this lack of execution really put me off to this place. That being said I loved everthing else about it. At this point I am not sure If i should return. Everything was great but the end product/service.

I use pickup and delivery and my driver Jeff always makes sure my clothes are hanging nicely without wrinkles. He also takes great care to keep my clothes dry even in pouring rain. I would not use any other cleaning service. Thanks JR
