Second time in a row that I request to have shirts folded, because I travel a lot, so I can pack better that did come hanged. Last time I took laundry myself to store and reminded them, check in my account to make sure it was there and the bag has a tag stapled with the instruction. Not sure what else to do but to find alternatives.
Jeff is amazing! He went out of his way to welcome us in our new home!
