Our valet was awesome. Very tentative in answering my questions. The clothes look great. The issue I have and the reason I will not return is that the cost is almost three times as much as I pay where I drop off and pick up myself. Although you advertise free delivery and pick up, the price is obviously worked into the cleaning price. I believe you should offer prices online so people can see what they aren't getting into and not enter into it blindly
Friendly, good communication, on time
Overall - a good job, I have had a couple of issues with items being back on time and waiting for employees to find my items. The pricing for services is at the higher end for dry cleaners. For the price, I expect a little more. I do like the way my suits are treated.
Great experience overall, but the receipts are confusing. Have called corporate to get clarification and they are forwarding to the concierge but haven't heard back yet. Receipts need to be clearer on what the charges and discounts are. Also there is too much waste in the packaging. Too much plastic and too much paper.
Wonderful service! Driver always waves, is very accurate in timing with coming through neighborhood, and very pleased with service, pricing and customer service.

Great service employees are always friendly and very professional.
I generally have an excellent experience, and love the convenience. However, I have lost several buttons from dress shirts, that are not always easy to replace. They usually do try to rectify problems.
Everything works so well with this service. It makes life much easier!
