I've always enjoyed excellent service, on-time pick up and delivery and fabulous cleaning. Frank has been my route concierge for many years and he does an awesome job.
I am impressed with level of dry cleaning and packaging, but mostly at the amazing customer service. I feel like family.
Pick-up and delivery process has worked very well. Even though there was an issue with my last delivery, I received a phone call informing of the delivery issue and a follow-up call when it was corrected. The service is great with very good turnaround. I am also very happy with the cleaning process. My garments have all been returned in great condition and nothing needing to be returned for re-cleaning.
All was fine except you forgot to leave us a fresh cleaning bag for next time. No worries though; I picked one up.

The delivery service works really well. The rates are expensive but that has nothing to do with the driver. He does an excellent job.
