Always excellent
MW Cleaner's service is excellent. From pick up to drop off. The email and text notifications are a nice touch. My only complaint is the cost of pants and polos. I have to take those items to another company who is about half the cost.
The items sent to be cleaned are always neat, crisp, and delivered timely. Its a wonderful service to have - being able to have your dry cleaning picked up and delivered to your home.

Drop off and delivery service is excellent. Cleaning service is good, however, my husband gets a little put out by the way his shirts are ironed at times - with wrinkles pressed into the collars or cuffs that are hard to press out with a home iron. We've had a couple of items damaged lately, but they were good about compensating us for them.
Aaron does a great job. He collected the hangers I recycle and returned our laundry to a clean/dry place.
Cleaning and delivery have been excellent
