My clothes were cleaned EXACTLY ask I asked, the staff even offered to take them out to my car.
As always, the laundry and dry cleaning was done perfectly. Not only that, it was ready several hours early ! I hope Carmen didn't stay up late ironing so I could have my clothes early.

Every pickup/delivery guy I have met with MWC has been exceptional. Russ follows perfectly in their footsteps. He is courteous, punctual, and very professional. However, there is one person I am not happy with and that is Plant Manager, Brenda. I have left messages for her to call me because I am still not receiving the coupons for free shirts after 20 times cleaned. I would guess we have missed at least five coupons through the years.
