The Associate that delivers/picks up is courteous and attentive to ensuring discounts are addressed. We experienced weeks of discounts Not being applied. We had to call too frequently; this has not happened recently. We just had a comforter cleaned. Two weeks later a 50% discount was offered. Wish we knew earlier.
