Grand does a great job and is very personable
The service is great! Jonathan, our delivery driver, is very friendly. The clothes always look good and smell great! The care that is taken to the way the clothes are packaged is exceptional. The pricing is reasonable. I would never dream of going to any other cleaner.
When one of our garments was damaged, which is rare as we have been with you all for 10+ years and have never had a problem, you made it right exceeding our expectations! The gentleman, Frank, who delivers our dry cleaning to our home is top notch and deserves a raise! Thank you for the great service Frank!
