Jonathan has been very courteous and dependable and front door pick up and delivery. Tammy, at the store location, was very cordial and accommodating. We have enjoyed this service ever since we moved to Spring.

Our experience is positive for the most part. We have gotten one or two items back that were still soiled but not bad as long as we have used the service. I do think the price for table cloths is excessive. I wish there was an alternative service for linens. Deliveries are timely and very convenient.
