When I dropped my clothes off, I received a rather “cold” interaction with the associate. But when I got my notice to pick them up (that was great) I was assisted by Julia Wilson and she made my entire experience rewarding with genuine conversation about my dry cleaning concerns and excellent customer service. I may have to change my neighborhood location to downtown. Thanks again!
