Convenience is a big plus. Clothes look good. Down a star due to high cost.
Great service for the most part, but we have had so many issues with clothes going missing that we now keep our own log of what we send out so we can catch it as soon as an item hasn't been returned. Customer service has always responded well and in some cases has found the missing items but this remains an ongoing concern/drawback for us.
My driver takes very special care of our clothes, he is very professional, and gives great customer service; thanks Gabriel!

Beverly is my personal valet and she is all you could want and then some--very personable, picks-up my laundry with a smile, you can set your watch by her delivery twice a week and she picks-up my newspaper and puts it in a chair on my patio. I want to tell the management that this lady loves her new truck and she loves her job. Great hire!!!!
