You do a very good job of cleaning my clothes. However, I use a coupon on a regular basis. One out of every 5 times I am not given credit for the coupon and I have to email to have it corrected. It is a little tedious to have to do this as often as I do.
MW Cleaners is not only fantastic at cleaning my items but they have a great pick up and delivery service and their team is very helpful and professional! Great company!
I am completely satisfied and so very happy to have found MW Cleaners in Katy. I recently signed up for delivery and Kevin is absolutely the nicest guy and always consistent about picking up and dropping off my clothes. The FREE home delivery is awesome and one less errand I have to run! My clothes are always perfectly pressed and great. Thank you MW Cleaners.
Our driver, Juan, does a good job for us. However, I feel that overall I am not completely happy with the quality of your cleaning. My husband's shirts consistently do not come back with the collars clean and we often have to send them back to be redone. Also, quite a number of items have been lost or damaged during the cleaning process. You have always been good about replacing the cost of the items, but some items simply cannot be replaced and this is frustrating.
