The meet our difficult requirements for cleaning. The staff is very accommodating. Special requests (I need it back today) are never a problem. They have a coupon program that really keeps our cleaning bill reasonable.

The delivery service is great - the valet is kind, reliable and consistent, and we like him. I *still* don't like MWC's way of handling shirt collars. They're consistently crushed and wrinkled when I get the shirts. Would they be better if I requested the shirts folded?
