There is only one issue I have with MW cleaners. I had a tag on one of my shirts stating collar stay was replaced, yet the shirt did not have collar stays. The not having collar stays happens quite often, despite having stated clearly on the receipts that buttons and collar stays are to be replaced. The most disturbing is the fact that they said they did something and it was not done cause one to wonder how often to they not follow through. Love this service! Friendly, easy, and 100% reliable. Beverly T. (route 115) is fantastic! We moved to this area in October. She promptly introduced herself and helped us transfer the program over from our previous address so that we could get started without missing a beat.
