Recently, we had an unexpected death in the family, for which we needed to travel immediately. My husband only has one suit (he is a stay at home dad) and had just worn it to a holiday party. As such, we needed it cleaned and returned as soon as possible, but unfortunately had missed the 9am drop-off time for next day service. No problems. Desk workers were courteous. Stuff was done on time.
Our Valet, Beverly Tezeno, has been our valet for approximately six or seven years and is the most on time in pick up and delivery. When called for pick up she Is friendly and understanding. If an item is damaged she works with us to get is repaired or replaced, no questions asked. We hope that she will continue to be are valet for many, many years. May she have a Blessed Christmas and healthy 2016.
BEST dry cleaning experience since my arrival in Cypress Texas! I have tried over 4 services and this is the only company that lived up to my expectation and kept the word that they WILL provide EXCELLENT professional service.
